Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. While we strive to ensure your package is delivered, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase is inaccurate.
Return Exchanges/Store Credit/Refunds
Please note that all custom or mystery items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before an Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund is processed. Please make sure that returned items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from any odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
We understand that finding the perfect fit may require ordering multiple sizes.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for digital products, jewelry or posters.
